The AVID MTRX SFP Transceiver MADI Coaxial with HD/mini-BNC module is designed to extend the connection capabilities of MTRX systems in professional audio environments requiring flexible integration of the MADI protocol. It inserts directly into a MADI expansion card, providing a dedicated physical interface for coaxial digital audio streams.

This transceiver enables communication with external MADI equipment using mini-BNC connections, a format widely used in broadcast and studio infrastructures for its compactness and mechanical reliability. The aim is to guarantee a stable interconnection between the MTRX system and third-party peripherals, while maintaining a modular and scalable architecture.
