The five AVB ports on the new PreSonus SW5E switch have an EtherCon connector that is compatible with standard RJ45 cables. Four of the ports can also provide an electrical voltage over Ethernet (PoE) while the fifth, non-PoE, can connect the switch to an additional switch. The desktop-sized but rack-mountable metal housing (mounting hardware not included) also features front panel data activity indicators. Finally, the diet is internal.
