Radial - J48 Stereo

The Radial J48 Stereo is a high performance active direct box designed to Live and recording studios.
It has the same circuit, which made the reputation of the original J48 (Mono) as the active direct box most stressed in our day tour. With users as prestigious as Paul McCartney, Tommy Emmanuel and Joe Chiccarelli, the Radial J48 Stereo has a bright future ahead of her.
Inside, a unique mode power supply converts 48 volts (phantom) into alternating current, which has the effect of raising the 'headroom' for improved signal management and low distortion. The result is an exceptionally flat frequency response extending from 10 Hz to 40 kHz while accommodating themselves to high output level without instruments 'clipper'. In addition, a pad to 15dB can be engaged for the treatment of extreme signals, complemented by a high-pass filter that gently gum bass frequencies below 80 Hz and excessive resonances. Accessible from the side, a 180º polarity inverter allows the J48 Stereo at a double socket, aligning each phase of acoustic sources or eliminate hot spots which can interact on stage.
