To build a bespoke rack structure, the Adam Hall 6162 Rack Rail 90 Alu Continuous Rubber aluminium rack profile provides a 4-metre continuous rail to create the mounting points required for installing equipment.
Its rubber insert is designed to hold the special M6 nuts (no. 5666) in place within the rail: this ensures they remain positioned where required during assembly, without sliding freely along the rail.
This system facilitates the assembly of racks, cabinets and enclosures where the mounting points need to be adjustable to suit the specific design.
With a height of 90 U, the 6162 is suitable for applications requiring a long section of profile. Made from 3 mm aluminium, it provides a structure well-suited to this type of assembly, with a width of 31.5 mm and a depth of 25 mm. The silver finish completes the look, ensuring a neat integration into a bespoke structure.
