The AER Alpha Plus is a 40 W acoustic amplifier that incorporates all the features that have made AER amplifiers so successful, in a slightly larger format that delivers a richer bass sound. It provides a clear and precise sound, whilst offering greater presence whether you’re playing solo or with a band.
With its two independent inputs, you can connect an acoustic guitar, a microphone or other instruments such as a ukulele, a banjo or a violin. The microphone input features 48 V phantom power, which is handy for using a high-quality condenser microphone.
The 8" dual-cone speaker reproduces your instrument’s sound very naturally, without distorting it. The 40 watts of power provide sufficient output for rehearsals, small gigs or performances in music bars.
The AER Alpha Plus also features digital reverb to easily add space to your sound, as well as a DI output to send the signal directly to a mixing desk or PA system.
Its compact size and weight of just 7 kg mean you can easily take it with you, whether on public transport, by car or even when travelling. It comes with a padded cover to protect it whilst on the move.
