Amplifier Heads for Bass
Designed and built with love, the ABM 600 Dual VU rackmount head is made for the road. The 3U 2mm steel rack chassis features front and rear brackets for easy racking and optimum protection on the move. Two VU meters control input gain and output level.

Presentation
The ABM DUAL VU RACK EVO IV head combines the legendary ABM pre-amp with a 600 W power stage which, when combined with the right speakers, will take you on any stage.
The Variable Valve Drive section of the preamp has been improved in the EVO IV version. By supplying more current to the 12AX7 tube, more dynamics and harmonic content are achieved, allowing the bassist to go from the purest sound to the richest, most complete bass overdrive currently available. The Drive level can be preset and switched on or off via a footswitch, giving access to a wide range of bright, warm and saturated sounds.
One-button compressor
Some of the ABM's favourite features have been retained in the EVO IV version, including Ashdown's famous one-knob dynamic compressor for huge bass sounds. This easy-to-use, high quality compressor produces a powerful, consistent sound, allowing your bass to blend into any mix.
Sub-Harmonic Generator
To try it is to love it! The ABM's Sub-Harmonic Generator adds a lower octave to each note played, giving instant fullness to any bass part. The Sub level is adjustable, so you can either set it for a subtle hint of extra depth, or a pure funk sound from beyond the grave!
