Axel Technology - Interface audio Dante 16 I/O pour Oxygen 3000 Plus

The Dante AoIP audio interface enables the Oxygen 3000 Plus to connect directly to an IP-based audio infrastructure. Rather than limiting communication to physical audio connections, the console can communicate with other compatible equipment via a dedicated Ethernet network.

In this configuration, the interface provides 16 audio inputs and 16 outputs, offering a total of 32 channels for communication with the network. A higher-spec version, available with 32 inputs and 32 outputs, allows the number of audio streams carried to be further increased when the installation requires more audio resources.

The connection is made via a dedicated Ethernet port, which facilitates the integration of the console into a structured AoIP architecture. The various sources on the network can thus be routed to the Oxygen 3000 Plus, whilst signals from the console can be distributed to other compatible equipment.

Each interface features independent level control, allowing the levels of the various streams to be adjusted without relying on a global setting. The built-in sample rate conversion also provides greater flexibility when connecting digital equipment operating with different configurations.

Network compatibility extends beyond the Dante protocol. The interface also supports the AES67 and SMPTE ST 2110-30 transport protocols, which broadens its integration possibilities within professional IP audio broadcasting infrastructures. It can therefore be integrated into both an architecture based primarily on Dante and an environment utilising broader AoIP standards.
