Axel Technology - Interface audio Dante 32 I/O pour Oxygen 3000 Plus

When the number of audio sources to be exchanged with the network becomes significant, the Dante 32 I/O interface provides the Oxygen 3000 Plus with particularly extensive AoIP communication capability. It enables the console to simultaneously receive and transmit up to 32 audio inputs and 32 audio outputs, providing 64 channels available for communication with the network infrastructure.

The interface uses a dedicated Ethernet port to carry the audio streams. This architecture allows the Oxygen 3000 Plus to be connected to various compatible devices on the network, whether these are other consoles, workstations, processors or IP audio distribution systems. Sources can thus be routed to the console without the need for multiple physical audio connections.

Stream management features independent level control, allowing the various signals to be adjusted according to their destination or intended use. Sampling rate conversion is also built in to facilitate the coexistence of digital sources that do not necessarily operate at the same frequency.

Although based on Dante, the interface is not limited to this environment. It also supports AES67 and SMPTE ST 2110-30, two transport protocols that are particularly prevalent in professional broadcast and production infrastructures. The Oxygen 3000 Plus can therefore be integrated into wider network architectures, extending beyond a standard Dante installation.

This 32 × 32 version is naturally suited to configurations where numerous audio streams need to flow simultaneously between the mixing console and the network. In particular, it allows for the centralisation of a large number of sources and outputs whilst maintaining a simplified cabling infrastructure.

Like the 16 × 16 version, this interface is factory-fitted. It must therefore be selected and specified when ordering the Oxygen 3000 Plus and is not a module intended for subsequent installation by the user.
