Designed to enhance the way you play, the RD-8 MKII has all-new features for live use in every sequencer mode, including step repeat, note repeat, real-time triggering and live overdubbing.
This makes it easy to activate recording in pattern-launch mode, so you can create song structures on the fly and return to manual mode at the touch of a button.
Then you're free to add a little excitement with the auto-fill function and introduce more variations.
You can even select another song from memory without interrupting playback, allowing you to perform entire sets from start to finish, simply by using your RD-8 MKII!
To bring the RD-8 MKII into the modern era, USB connectivity has been added for MIDI synchronisation and triggering. This allows the RD-8 to be controlled by your DAW if you wish, allowing you to exchange songs and patterns or trigger individual sounds.
