BoomTone DJ - Nova Twist

The BoomTone DJ Nova Twist transforms the dance floor into a veritable carousel of light thanks to its 13 multicoloured Beam beams. Its rotating motion disperses the beams throughout the room, creating an immersive display on the walls, ceiling and audience. It’s ideal for DJ nights, weddings, birthdays, bars and small stages.

Each beam is produced by a 15 W 4-in-1 RGBW LED. The four colours are combined in a single light source to achieve more uniform colour blends and purer whites. The 13 LEDs deliver a total light output of 195 W, sufficient to create a highly visible effect in a venue bathed in atmosphere.

The Nova Twist really comes into its own when paired with a smoke machine or fog machine. The beams then become visible in the air, creating a luminous volume around the dance floor. Rotations, colour changes and strobe sequences can thus follow the builds, breaks and drops of the set.

Several operating modes are available. Automatic mode provides access to built-in sequences without the need for prior programming. Sound detection synchronises the animation with the beat of the music. Master-slave operation allows you to coordinate several Nova Twist units, whilst DMX512 control opens the way to customised lighting control.

Three DMX profiles with 9, 13 or 19 channels are available. You can therefore opt for a compact patch or access more detailed settings for colours, movements and effects. The strobe, adjustable from 0 to 20 flashes per second, adds rapid accents to the most energetic passages.

The supplied remote control makes it easy to use the system without a DMX control room. It allows you to control the main functions remotely – a handy solution for launching a light show during a party or quickly adjusting the atmosphere.
