Presentation
The Travelsound Handmic 215 from BoomTone DJ is a wireless handheld microphone designed for a wide variety of vocal applications: speech, karaoke, singing, teaching, boardroom presentations and more.
The wireless microphone is powered by two AA batteries and transmits on a fixed VHF frequency of 215 MHz. The system offers a maximum transmission range of 50 metres in ideal conditions.
When used with the TravelSound15 VHF, the handheld microphone allows students or meeting participants to easily dispense with a microphone for question-and-answer sessions, while the second microphone (supplied as standard with the BoomTone DJ mobile loudspeaker) remains with the presenter/host.
The front panel of the TravelSound15 VHF receiver shows the RF signal and there are independent volume control knobs for each microphone channel.
The receiver uses two independent channel antennas and is designed to offer a good signal-to-noise ratio, high dynamic range and low distortion.
