The patented geometry of the Tri-Action capo reduces the force required to open or close the capo and applies uniform tension whatever the profile of the neck. Combined with micrometric tension adjustment and direct horizontal pressure, it virtually eliminates side-to-side string movement and the need to retune at set-up. Its lightweight aluminium construction adds negligible weight to the instrument's neck. The capo has an integrated mediator holder.
