The D'Addario XTB3790GS strings are a 37-90 Custom Light acoustic bass set designed specifically for the Taylor GS Mini Bass. Developed in collaboration with Taylor Guitars, they offer the perfect solution for this compact model. This set is also suitable for other small acoustic basses with a pitch between 23" and 25".
The construction is based on a multifilament core combined with phosphor bronze mesh. This combination produces a warm, balanced sound rich in harmonics. It also offers great tonal versatility for a wide range of musical styles.
Each string benefits from the XT coating developed by D'Addario. This advanced treatment protects the strings from corrosion and extends their life without altering the natural sound. The feel remains close to that of uncoated strings for a comfortable playing sensation.
The XTB3790GS set is a direct replacement for the EXPPB190GS model, while retaining the same basic features. The strings are packaged in a resealable and recyclable VCI bag with a code for earning Players Circle points. Like all D'Addario strings, they are made in the USA in the New York factory to very strict production standards.
