Dap - Compact 9.2

The DAP Compact 9.2 has been designed to meet the needs of environments where audio management must remain intuitive despite the presence of several sources and separate zones.

This 1U model fits easily into a 19-inch rack and offers a deliberately uncluttered front interface, reduced to volume control, source selection and a front input for phones, tablets or MP3 players. This input has a line or phone switch for rapid level adjustment, enabling nomadic devices to be used without loss of signal.

The rear panel contains all the advanced settings, so that day-to-day operation remains simple for non-technical users. These include gain, main equalisation, phantom power and controls reserved for installers.

The three mono inputs accept microphones or line signals via XLR and TRS connectors, while the seven stereo inputs can be used to integrate various sources such as media players, TV receivers, computers or streaming systems. The two main XLR outputs provide a clean link to external amplifiers or processors.

Equalisation options are divided between a three-band main EQ and a dedicated parametric zone EQ. Each zone has a separate setting, making multiroom installations easier.

The integrated LCD screen clearly displays the active source and essential information, making it easy to supervise even for staff unfamiliar with professional audio equipment. Designed in metal for everyday use, the DAP Compact 9.2 combines robustness, readability and flexibility for commercial or educational installations.
