Dr Strings DDT Drop Down Tuning Electric Guitar Super Heavy 13-65 strings are made with a reinforced hexagonal core and nickel-plated steel wire. They don't show weakness on cheap tuners, especially live. They provide good stability in the studio, allowing multiple takes without constant retuning. The ACT core minimises tuning drift during changes.
