The result of a collaboration with Sinevibes, the Darkness is an authentic stereo digital reverb effect pedal.
This innovative pedal is the result of a fusion of two refined Sinevibes algorithms, optimised by the Dreadbox team for use as an effects pedal.
Unlike other pedalboards, the Darkness uses a unique yet versatile formula to create a wide range of reverberations, from small, gentle reflections to vast, shimmering, endless reverbs.
Technically, the Darkness incorporates a granular pitch shifter, followed by the famous Typhoon synth reverb, and ending with a gate generator.
It also features a micro looper that can freeze the input signal for up to 150 ms, creating a freeze effect. The possibilities for experimentation are endless, offering musicians a rich and captivating palette of sounds.
