Picks

These six Dunlop JHPT15H Jimi Hendrix Star Haze picks pay tribute to the psychedelic world of Hendrix. Their celluloid texture provides a good grip. The heavy thickness balances attack and control. Each black piece features an original ILOVEDUST illustration from the official Artist Collection series. The style, as much as the feel, tells a story with this model.

ARTICLE N° 109582
The Dunlop JHPT15H Star Haze set brings together six black picks in a graphic universe designed by ILOVEDUST UK. Each visual reinterprets the spirit of Jimi Hendrix, somewhere between cosmic illusion and raw rock. Far from being a collector's gadget, these picks have real playability.

Their celluloid material generates a clean attack, without ever forcing the hand. The 351 format, well known to strummers, finds a natural balance here with a good thickness. This compromise is reassuring for those looking to move from subdued rhythms to more incisive passages.

The sound reproduction is based on a supple response, allowing the pick to bounce without colliding. The well-calibrated celluloid contributes to the balance between friction and control. In the hand, the feel inspires confidence, constancy and stability of intention.

Each pick is part of the official Artist Collection series. This pack reflects the desire to celebrate Hendrix without freezing his energy. A tribute creation for fans.

Jimi Hendrix, born in Seattle in 1942, first distinguished himself in the army as a paratrooper before devoting himself to music. His playing combined blues, psychedelic rock and controlled distortion, pioneering the use of the wah-wah pedal and feedback. He set Monterey alight in 1967 by burning his guitar on stage, then made his mark on Woodstock with The Star-Spangled Banner in 1969. He often collaborated with artists such as Buddy Miles and Billy Cox in Band of Gypsys. A true revolutionary of sound, he influenced all modern guitarists. His meteoric career lasted just four years, but remains unrivalled.
