Presentation
The Elipson Premium SUB 15 is more than just a subwoofer: it's a real emotional machine. Imagine a darkened room, the blast of an earthquake in a disaster film, or the impact of a bass drum in a live concert - with its massive 380 mm driver, this subwoofer reproduces these physical sensations with impressive realism.
Its 650 W Class D digital amplification provides the energy needed to effortlessly descend to 19 Hz, while maintaining a firm, perfectly controlled bass. Thanks to its laminar front bass-reflex port and internal baffle, the air circulates smoothly, avoiding any turbulence that might dull the precision of the listening experience. The result: powerful, dense, distortion-free bass.
The SUB 15 has been designed to fit in with both ambitious home cinema installations and high-end hi-fi set-ups. Its wide frequency response (19 Hz - 200 Hz), variable crossover setting and phase control (0°/180°) allow optimum adaptation to the main speakers and room acoustics. The integrated DSP even adds a targeted boost of +3 dB at 30 Hz, enhancing the impact of the subwoofer during spectacular scenes or demanding tracks.
As for connections, there are stereo line inputs and an LFE input for home cinema, as well as a line output for specific set-ups. The automatic standby mode simplifies daily use, activating the subwoofer only when necessary.
