The ‘comeback’ of vinyl records in department stores and just about everywhere else will have you digging out your old vinyls, which will almost certainly need a good clean. This is where Enova Hifi’s new ultrasonic cleaner comes in, allowing you to clean your vinyl records very efficiently and quickly.
- What liquid should you put in the tank?
Demineralised water plus one or two capfuls of lmn20 cleaning solution, depending on the condition of the records.
- What temperature should the liquid be?
The tank does not heat up, or only very slightly, to avoid damaging the records.
- How many records can be cleaned in the same ‘bath’?
It’s up to the user to change the water when it gets too dirty; in theory, around a hundred records, or 10 cycles.
- In the description, what does ‘draining via a valve’ mean?
It is a drain outlet designed to avoid having to turn the machine upside down or empty all the water if the sediment is to be drained off by gravity.
