Alexi Laiho, who died in 2020, was a Finnish guitarist born in 1979. He founded the band Children of Bodom and left his mark on the metal scene with his fast and technical playing. His distinctive voice and complex riffs made him an influential figure in melodic metal. Laiho mastered the guitar and vocals, delivering intense and energetic music that captivated fans around the world.
