Tuning Keys

The Evans DAPCK retractable rope battery spanner lets you change your skins much more quickly than with a conventional spanner. Its string system speeds up the tightening and loosening of tie rods without the need for a power tool. A fixed tip is also available for precise tuning.

The Evans DAPCK retractable string drum key saves real time when changing heads and tuning. Its mechanical retractable string system speeds up the tightening and loosening of tie rods without the need for a screwdriver. Two lateral endpieces are connected to a pulley mechanism for rapid rotation. This makes for smoother skin changes, especially in rehearsal or just before a concert.

A third fixed tip is built in for precision adjustments, as with a conventional spanner. It allows you to fine-tune the tension and correctly balance the tuning of the barrel. Visual markings make it easy to use, with a red side for loosening and a white side for tightening. The robust plastic body withstands intensive use and numerous skin changes.

This design means you can work faster while retaining good control over the final setting. This tool is ideal for drummers who want an efficient accessory for regular maintenance and adjustment of their kit.
