Ideal for revitalising a tired 14" snare drum, the Tune Up Calftone kit has everything you need!
The Calftone synthetic drumhead has been designed to be as close as possible to the sound of a real drumhead. In addition to its printed design and vintage sounds, it is extremely durable thanks to a patented UV-hardened sandblasting process on its unique 10 thousandths ply. The resonant skin, on the other hand, is transparent and made with a 3 thousandths ply. It guarantees a controlled response at all dynamic levels. A PureSound Custom Pro timbre is also available. Its 16 medium-gauge strands guarantee dominant, easily perceptible tones.
This kit includes all the maintenance accessories you need. Lubricant for tie rods, polish for fittings, polishing cloth - it's all included! There's even a torque spanner and two EQ Pods to help you quickly achieve a clean, balanced sound.
With new skins and sticks, plus all these tuning and maintenance accessories ready to take care of her, your old snare drum will be resounding with happiness!
