The Fender Fat Stratocaster Neck Satin Roasted RW continues the tradition of Fender's modular design, giving guitarists the freedom to tailor their instrument to suit their feel and style. Designed as an official Stratocaster replacement neck, it allows you to transform an existing guitar or restore an instrument with original Fender components.
Its Large U profile, the thickest in the Fender replacement neck range, offers a generous and reassuring grip. The consistent thickness from the top to the bottom of the neck provides a stable feel that's great for heavy playing, controlled bends and solid rhythms.
Torrefied maple plays an essential role in the behaviour of the neck, improving resistance to humidity variations while promoting a more direct response and natural sustain. The rosewood fingerboard, combined with a 9.5" radius and 22 Medium Jumbo frets, offers an effective balance between modern comfort and playing precision.
The satin finish on the back of the neck makes it easy to move your hand, with a soft, natural feel. This Fat Stratocaster Neck provides a reliable, expressive base for shaping a Stratocaster with assertive character and controlled play.
As original Fender replacement necks are not mounted on guitar bodies, the saddle notches must be made by a qualified technician. Other installation work may be required, such as fretting, adjusting the neck to its slot and other instrument settings.
