Without even touching the A/B functionality, the AFX Broken Record Mini is a 2-channel mini mixer that lets you connect 2 audio sources and mix them.
This is perfect for dual-source systems such as those equipped with a piezo sensor and a microphone capsule.
Build your sound timbres by setting up mix A and mix B and pressing the footswitch to toggle between the two.
The AFX Broken Record Mini isn't just an A/B Box, it's the heart of Fishman's AFX Dual Path ecosystem!
Using standard TRS audio cables, you assign effects to the Tip signal paths, other effects to Ring and can switch between 2 sounds, each with mix levels that you control.
This is perfect for dual-source systems such as those equipped with a piezo sensor and a microphone capsule.

All AFX Minis series pedals are compatible with standard guitar cables (TS / Mono). They also feature an innovative dual-channel audio path that lets you create two independent effects chains with a single set of cables (TRS / Stereo).
Simply connect several AFX Minis with TRS guitar cables and set the Audio Path switch on each pedal to Tip or Ring.
Pedals set to Tip will create one effects chain while pedals set to Ring will create a second.
AFX Minis allow you to select the audio path over which a particular effect will be processed.
To do this, press the Audio Path switch on the back of the pedal.
If you wish to use standard instrument cables, be sure to set the Audio Path switch to Tip (mono).
