The signature of the Focal HiFi 300 ICA6 is clear from the very first listen: an organic mid-bass texture, carried by a 16.5 cm Flax membrane whose linen fibres woven between two glass fibre skins imbue the sound with natural warmth and neutrality without artificial colouration. The bass response goes down to 45 Hz, anchoring the sound effects of home cinema with real physicality, while the sensitivity of 89.5 dB guarantees clear dynamics from the very first watts. Compatible with amplifiers delivering from 25 to 130 W, the speaker has a nominal impedance of 8 Ω - with a minimum measured at 4.8 Ω - for frictionless integration with all preamplifiers on the market.

The lutherie of the embedding meets French precision requirements. The 264 mm cut-out diameter, for a recess depth of 146 mm, allows installation in ceilings as thin as 10 mm and as thick as 35 mm. The patented EQI fixing system operates without tools, eliminating any need for approximate tightening and preserving the integrity of the ceiling. The total depth of the box remains contained at 127 mm. Manufactured in France, each stage of assembly is subject to local quality control.

The ICA6 is designed for Dolby Atmos: its coaxial driver rotates through 35°, directing sound to the exact listening position rather than dispersing the soundstage by default. This pointing capability ensures even diffusion, which is invaluable in irregular room geometries. The scope of supply includes a cutting template for error-free marking, two black and white marker pens and two interchangeable grids - square and round - to match the aesthetics of the façade to the interior architecture.
