The GR-RETRORACK-4SG is for those looking for a technical rack with a real visual personality. Gator has designed this 4U model as a piece of audio furniture that has nothing to envy the aesthetics of classic guitar amps, thanks to its solid wood structure and instantly recognisable Seafoam Green finish.
Inside, you'll find a standard 19" space by 4U high, with over 31cm of useful depth to accommodate rack-mounted guitar effects, processors, modellers and studio equipment. There's enough space for a complete setup, yet it's still easy to transport.
The front panel features a removable fabric grille in a black, white and silver style reminiscent of vintage amp grilles. It's easy to attach with Velcro, so you can hide or protect the contents while maintaining the visual harmony of the whole.
To improve ergonomics in stationary use, an integrated glide system allows the rack to be tilted slightly upwards, giving better access to the controls. When it comes to transporting the rack, you'll find sturdy, practical spring-loaded side handles and a leather-covered central handle for comfortable carrying.
