The Godin Artisan ST-III Dégradé Whiskey EN is an electric guitar designed for musicians who want a reliable, expressive instrument that is a pleasure to play every day. Made in Canada, it showcases all of Godin’s craftsmanship with meticulous build quality and components selected to deliver an excellent playing experience.
Its American basswood body is topped with a superb AAA curly maple top, enhanced by a high-gloss Dégradé Whiskey finish. The bolt-on neck, crafted from roasted hard maple, provides excellent stability, whilst the ebony fingerboard, 12" radius and 22 medium frets offer playing comfort that suits both chords and solos.
In terms of tone, this Artisan ST-III is fitted with two Seymour Duncan Cool Rails pickups in the neck and middle positions, paired with a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickup at the bridge. This configuration allows you to switch easily from precise clean tones to rich overdrive sounds, with a 5-position selector switch that expands the possibilities. Whether you’re playing blues, rock, pop or metal, it always responds with precision.
The Godin Gold Tru-Loc tremolo system, featuring a brass sustain block and stainless steel saddles, ensures excellent tuning stability, whilst the 18:1 locking tuners make string changes easier and further enhance tuning stability.
