Good thinking, this adapter to boom microphone signed Gravity is black finish steel and permits a rapid rotation of the pole, without using the height adjustment. It has a thread pitch 3/8 "for attachment to the mic and an external thread pitch 3/8" for the tip of the boom. The adapter rotates with the pole in place in the desired position, and then switches via the easy grip clamping knob. It is also compatible with the microphone clips.
