Humpter - Sun Visor L

The Humpter Sun Visor L is designed to solve a very real problem faced by outdoor DJ set-ups: the difficulty in reading screens properly when they are exposed to sunlight. Its metal structure creates a shaded area above the equipment and limits the direct light reaching the displays.

This reduction in glare improves the readability of the information displayed on the equipment during daytime performances. The DJ thus retains better visual access to settings, tracks and the various elements displayed on screen, even when lighting conditions are unfavourable.

The Sun Visor L was developed primarily for AlphaTheta CDJs and mixers, but its design is also suitable for a range of DJ and performance equipment featuring a screen and requiring protection from external light. It can therefore be integrated into various control room set-ups depending on the dimensions of the equipment used.

The frame is made from folded metal. It combines rigidity with a compact footprint, whilst remaining light enough to be transported alongside the rest of the performance equipment. The sunshade also provides additional protection against sunlight, rain and changing outdoor conditions. However, it is not a substitute for waterproof protection when the equipment is exposed to severe weather conditions.
