Styluse
The N44-7 DJ Improved has been designed for DJs who want to recapture the sound and feel of the Shure N44-7 diamonds that made vinyl so popular. Equipped with an S-shaped cantilever similar to the Shure diamonds of the time, and optimised for high contact force, this stylus ensures excellent guidance in the groove of the vinyl. This Aurora version features Lumi Nova phosphorescent pigments, which glow in the dark to make it easier to find your pickup in the dark, while adding an inimitable touch to your turntable!

Presentation
Jico has worked hard to offer audiophiles a replacement for the famous Shure N44-7 diamond, with a few improvements to meet DJs' needs and offer them an alternative to the legend that has marked the history of hip-hop and scratching.
The support force has been increased to ensure better tracking for the most demanding scratch sessions, rising from a maximum of 3g for the Shure model to 4.5g.
To protect the diamond, this model has a protective screen that folds down in front of the diamond to prevent any unexpected contact.
The N44-7 DJ, with its S-shaped tubular aluminium cantilever, precision-worked to match Shure cantilevers as closely as possible, is combined with an integral (bare) diamond to offer excellent guidance in the vinyl groove and increased resistance to playback jumps, while giving you the benefit of high signal definition.

Handcrafted in Japan.
JICO, an acronym for Nippon Precision Jewel Industry Co. LTD, is a Japanese manufacturer whose name is well known to afficionados of high-quality cells and diamonds for vinyl turntables, both audiophiles and DJs.
This family business based in the Hamasaka region of the Land of the Rising Sun, whose origins date back to 1873, began its history by manufacturing sewing needles, a precision activity that already foreshadowed its future.
Since 1966, the brand has been making the diamonds and cantilevers for which it is famous, and has continued to innovate while retaining traditional manufacturing techniques. It now offers its own cell holders, cells and diamonds for the enjoyment of all vinyl lovers.
