Thanks to its very low signal attenuation, it complies with SMPTE standards by offering transmission distances of 375 metres for SDI video signals, 100 metres for a 1.5 Gbit/s HD-SDI signal and 70 metres for 3.0 Gbit/s - exceptional performance unique to this cable. Its sophisticated design includes a flexible copper core, a physically expanded PE dielectric, a shield consisting of two layers of ultra-dense braided copper and an extremely robust PUR jacket, specifically aimed at providing maximum flexibility and durability for use outdoors and on stage. The V12L/48DP can even withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C, and its outer jacket is resistant to high and low temperatures, abrasion, notching and tear propagation.
