The Klotz LY225S.100 is a 100-metre reel of professional speaker cable designed for sound reinforcement applications requiring a larger cross-section. With its 2 × 2.5 mm² conductors, it is an ideal solution for long runs between amplifiers and loudspeakers, whilst minimising power loss.
Its design features two bare copper conductors, each comprising 50 strands of 0.25 mm, offering an excellent balance between electrical conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are twisted with a very short pitch to improve electromagnetic compatibility and reduce susceptibility to external interference, ensuring clean audio signal transmission.
The LY225S features a particularly flexible yet robust matt PVC outer sheath. This design facilitates repeated handling, storage on cable reels, and both temporary and permanent installations. Compatible with both screw-type and standard connectors, it adapts easily to all types of terminations.
With a maximum operating voltage of 500 V, good mechanical strength and compliance with the main European standards, this cable perfectly meets the requirements of professionals in the entertainment, events and audiovisual integration sectors.
