Presentation
There's more to a laser than its power. What really counts is what you can do with it once it's installed. With the CS-3000 micro, the interest lies in the way it can be used: either as a stand-alone effect ready for use, or as a more advanced creative tool.
On the one hand, it can stand alone. The 130 or so built-in patterns cover a wide variety of shapes, tunnels, beams and dynamic effects. In automatic mode, everything follows without intervention. In sound-to-light mode, the behaviour changes completely: the laser reacts directly to the rhythm, creating an immediate interaction with the music. This type of operation is ideal for simple configurations or quick installations.
On the other hand, the CS-3000 micro becomes much more interesting when integrated into a controlled system. DMX can be used to control the main parameters and structure the effects in a light show. The master-slave mode simplifies the synchronisation of several units, making it possible to construct a coherent rendering on a stage or in a larger space.
But it's with the ILDA interface that the product really changes dimension. Here, we're no longer talking about predefined patterns, but about creation. Logos, texts, personalised animations: everything becomes possible via dedicated software. For those who want to go even further, the addition of a ShowNET interface opens up even more programming and control possibilities.
In terms of rendering, the combination of red, green and blue sources in analogue modulation produces more nuanced colours, with cleaner transitions. The beams remain well defined, ensuring good legibility, even in environments full of visual effects.
The compact format also plays an important role. It makes it easy to transport, but above all to install in confined spaces. Whether for a mobile DJ, a bar or a permanent installation, it's easy to position and integrate into an existing setup.
The CS-3000 microphone can therefore be used simply or become a central element in a more elaborate visual creation, depending on the level of control required.
