Laserworld - PL-70

At this power level, we're no longer talking about a simple effects projector, but a structuring element in a set design. The PL-70 clearly falls into this category, with an output level that enables it to cover very large areas while maintaining a strong visual presence.

This type of machine is generally used in set-ups where distances are great, volumes are open and other light sources are already numerous. In these conditions, the main issue becomes the ability to remain visible. The PL-70 responds to this constraint with a power of 70,000 mW and a beam that is dense enough not to dilute in the environment.

RSL2 technology ensures that the rendering remains consistent despite this increase in power. The beam retains a clean structure, with controlled divergence, which avoids an excessively diffuse effect at long distances. The result can be used for both direct beams and graphic projections, even on large surfaces.

The 30kbps scanning system gives priority to stability and legibility of shapes. Tracings remain solid, without excessive vibration, which is particularly useful for large projections. In this type of context, absolute precision takes second place to overall legibility, and the PL-70 clearly adopts this approach.

System management is based on the integrated ShowNET card. This enables the laser to be controlled via a network, content to be loaded directly into the internal memory and used in stand-alone or synchronised mode. The system can be integrated into a lighting control system via DMX or Art-Net, making it easy to use in complex configurations.

Last but not least, the IP65 enclosure has a direct impact on installation options. The PL-70 can be positioned outdoors, on a structure or in a permanent installation, without any additional protection. This simplifies installation at large-scale events, where logistical constraints are already considerable.
