With the LD Systems MAUI 44 G3 CB skateboard, the MAUI 44 G3 system’s subwoofer benefits from a bespoke support. Made from 15 mm birch plywood, it provides a solid base, suitable for the demands of sound reinforcement equipment. The two butterfly clamps ensure the subwoofer is securely fastened to its stand, allowing for more controlled handling when changing set-ups.

The four sturdy 100 mm castors make it easy to move the subwoofer across suitable surfaces, particularly when setting up a sound system. Two of them are fitted with locking brakes to stabilise the unit once it is in position. The polyurea coating enhances the board’s resistance to the stresses caused by repeated handling, a significant advantage for equipment used on a regular basis.
