Presentation
LumenRadio Stardust has been designed to meet the needs of stage managers and technicians working on set-ups requiring multiple wireless DMX universes. The device can manage up to eight universes simultaneously, using CRMX technology, renowned for its stability and consistency in a stage environment. It also works with W-DMX G3/G4S systems, making it easy to integrate into existing installations.
The network section is particularly comprehensive. The Stardust can operate with conventional Ethernet, PoE+ or via its 5 GHz Wi-Fi module. This combination enables it to transmit Art-Net or sACN, as well as being configured via an integrated web interface. Direct access via a browser simplifies management of universes, choice of radio mode, network parameters and linking operations. The front-panel colour display is used for quick adjustments, backed up by an easy-to-use rotary encoder.
The enclosure offers several power supply options, helping to secure installations. There is a TRUE1 powerCON input, a DC power supply and the option of using PoE+. An internal battery ensures temporary operation in the event of a power cut. The compact dimensions make it easy to integrate on a structure or in a rack, and several optional accessories enable the installation to be adapted to suit the configuration of the set or control room.
Thanks to its combination of radio, network and ergonomics, the Stardust is positioned as a transmitter capable of managing increasingly complex systems while remaining simple to operate in the field.
