What is the B.Beat PRO16 Plus?

- It is a digital mixer:
B.Beat includes a digital mixer that can manage 24 tracks on 16 separate outputs, 12 inputs, a headphone output for the Click (the output takes 2 channels which brings the number of outputs to 14), the mixer return and the backing tracks.
Thanks to its 16 outputs, the tracks that make up the Backing Tracks can be sent to the Stage Mixer. A stereo or mono audio signal can return to the B.Beat from any source via the 12 available inputs, and B.Beat also recognizes the Click track and can route it to any of the 16 available outputs and simultaneously to the headphone output. By activating the headphone output using 4 practical potentiometers, the musician or his sound engineer can balance in real time what he wants to hear on the headphones during the performance.

- It is a digital recorder:
This Plus version of the B.Beat Pro16 is also a 12-channel digital recorder. The recorded tracks can be automatically inserted into audio projects. Recording can also take place while the rack plays a backing track. Once the recording is finished, you can decide to insert the new tracks into the pre-existing backing track.

- B.Beat Pro16 Plus for artists:
Create your Backing Tracks using your favorite DAW, and once you have finished your work in the studio, you are ready to transfer your music to B.Beat PRO16. To do this, the B.Beat Manager software is included and compatible with Windows and Mac. With the Manager, you will assign outputs to the different tracks, and you can finish editing by adjusting the volumes as you wish. If you have synchronized the videos with the music, you can upload everything to B.Beat Pro16. Following the latest update, it is also possible to trigger the launch of sequences via a sampler pad connected via USB.

- B.Beat in Live:
B.Beat is designed to have maximum reliability during LIVE shows. A special button on the [LIVE] panel can be activated the moment your show starts to make the B.Beat processor run at full speed for maximum performance without wasting resources. This minimizes the risk of unintentional crashes and protects the user from operating errors.
B.Beat Pro16 Plus also has a synchronization system that allows it to be used in conjunction with Auto Switch systems that prevent shutdown in the event of a crash.

- Organized performances with ease:
This powerful rack manages individual backing tracks that can be organized into convenient playlists, or into real shows composed of several scenes of different types. Projects can contain music, videos and images, but also MIDI tracks to send impulses to the different devices used for live performance. B.Beat's philosophy is to simplify the management of backing tracks and videos during a show, no more need for computers, tablets, sound and video cards, cables, mixing desks on stage.

- Click and metronome management:
B.Beat has a dedicated Metronome section guaranteeing simplified tempo management directly on stage. The metronome audio Click can be output on one of the 16 outputs, and at the same time on the headphone output, if it has been set upstream. The process is the same if the click is recorded on the backing tracks. When the click track is present in the multitrack backing tracks, it is recognized and sent to a separate output and to the headphones.

- Use with SongService:
The machine can play MTA (multitrack Audio) format files produced and distributed by M-Live from the Song Service website. MTA files are multitrack files that B.Beat plays on 8 stereo tracks. The backing tracks are organized as follows: Track 1 Drums, Track 2 Bass, Track 3 Guitar, Track 4 Keyboards, Track 5 Orchestra, Track 6 Wind Instruments, Track 7 Click, Track 8 Melody. Audio projects with 16 separate stereo tracks are also available, which can be freely adapted to B.Beat with any DAW.

- Video sync:
The B.Beat has two HDMI video outputs, because on stage it is often necessary to have a video wall to support musical performances, and at the same time the display of lyrics in the Prompter version. The lyrics of the songs can be written and synchronized very easily thanks to the B.Beat Manager program. The same can be done with the scores, which can be downloaded as PDF and for each instrument present you can have a dedicated score. The scores can be viewed on a tablet (for example) via WiFi.
