X-Light 4 is a small module that works as a sound generator (Expander) in combination with Windows PCs, Apple Mac computers and iPad/iPhone. It can play any music file, MIDI or MP3 and Wave audio files. It's the ideal companion for the live musician who wants a competitive edge over internal computer sound cards.

This is thanks to the sound library developed by M-Live, which is specially calibrated for Standard MIDI files.
These sounds come from experience gained with products such as MERISH and Expander.
X-Light 4 is a Plug & Play module that's very easy to use: simply plug the USB cable into your PC and off you go.
There's no need for an external power supply, and you can connect it to your professional audio system or your set of powered speakers at home.
Just be careful!
