Presentation
The MIPRO AD-702 is a module designed to optimise the performance of UHF HF systems. Its role is to automatically detect signal losses linked to the length of the antenna cable, then to precisely adjust the gain of the booster integrated into the antenna. This automatic regulation ensures accurate compensation for losses and eliminates intermodulation distortions, improving reception reliability and clarity.
The aluminium casing ensures excellent heat dissipation and robustness for intensive use. A built-in LED provides real-time information on cable status and detection results, making it easy to use in the field. With an operating range of between 470 and 850 MHz, the AD-702 covers the majority of professional UHF systems, whether used in a fixed installation or in a mobile configuration.
Compact (41 × 80 × 24 mm) and lightweight (270 g), this module integrates easily into an existing HF chain. It has one input and one output on TNC connectors, with a standard impedance of 50 Ω, and is powered directly via the antenna by a voltage of 8 to 15 V DC.
Thanks to its intelligent loss correction system, the MIPRO AD-702 is an effective solution for maintaining the stability of HF links in demanding environments, while simplifying users' work.
