This .065" / 1.65 mm MN662 diamond file from MusicNomad has been designed for wider saddle grooves, where precision is essential but the material requires stability.
Its round, string-shaped blade, coated with 150 grit industrial diamond, works without bending and follows the groove with regularity.
The cut remains clean, while leaving an already polished surface, both on new saddles and on existing grooves. Nylon, bone, graphite or TUSQ can all be worked with the same consistency, and the file remains just as effective on bridges.
The ergonomic handle provides a reassuring grip for precise adjustments, while the laser marking enables the size to be identified immediately at the workbench. The removable blade gives you extra freedom of use, depending on your working habits.
