On some equipment, just a few millimetres of play are enough to create unwanted movement. The HDSPUMAX235H105 responds to this constraint by offering firmer foam, capable of holding the elements in place with greater precision.

The pre-cut intermediate foam allows you to design slots that are adjusted as closely as possible to the actual dimensions of the equipment. This precision is particularly useful for compact but sensitive equipment, such as HF transmitters, small preamps, electronic modules, pick-up boxes or measurement accessories.

Once the cut-outs have been made, the higher density limits the crushing of the foam. Contours remain sharp, so cavities don't become deformed over time. As a result, the material remains secure, even after many cycles of use.

The bottom foam absorbs the shocks associated with handling, while the honeycomb foam in the lid provides additional support by closing the assembly. This combination acts as an overall wedging system, both horizontally and vertically.

This type of configuration is particularly suitable when the equipment needs to remain perfectly positioned, with no possibility of movement. This is often the case for technical kits used on a regular basis, where each element must find exactly the same place.
