Finding the right compromise between support and flexibility is not always easy in a transport case. The HDSPUMAX505 provides a well-balanced solution by combining foam that is firm enough to stabilise equipment, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different configurations.

The kit is organised around three essential elements. A bottom foam to absorb shocks, a pre-cut intermediate foam to create the slots, and a honeycomb foam in the lid to hold everything together when closed. This simple structure means you can quickly transform the interior of the MAX505 case.

The central foam can be easily adjusted by removing the pre-cut blocks. This makes it possible to define zones adapted to a variety of equipment such as microphones, HF systems, electronic boxes, recording accessories or small technical equipment. The layout can be adapted as required.

The higher density plays a key role in overall strength. The cut-outs retain their shape, the walls remain stable and the equipment does not move around inside. This means that the organisation remains consistent, even over repeated use.

The result is a structured interior without being rigid. The layout can be adjusted if the equipment changes, while maintaining a solid base.
