Panaro - MAX485S

The MAX485S takes a different approach to the Panaro range, combining the protection of a waterproof case with the mobility of a rucksack. This design makes it possible to carry technical equipment in environments where walking or travelling over uneven terrain is frequent.

With an internal volume of around 30 litres and usable dimensions of 485 x 357 x 201 mm, the case offers plenty of space for organising several items of equipment, while retaining a format that can be carried on the back. This configuration is particularly appreciated by technicians, videographers or photographers who need to move their equipment while keeping their hands free.

The interior of the MAX485S is made up of cubic foam in the base and honeycomb foam in the lid. The pre-cut foam system means you can quickly create compartments to suit the shape of your equipment. The blocks can be removed for precise cushioning, limiting internal movement when on the move.

This case can hold cameras, lenses, audio recorders, measuring instruments, electronic accessories and various tools used in audiovisual installations. The foam helps to absorb vibrations and protects equipment from shocks.

The shell is made from copolymer polypropylene, a material renowned for its impact resistance and durability. IP67 certification guarantees protection against dust and water, allowing the case to be used in outdoor environments.

The MAX485S is equipped with an automatic pressure relief valve to equalise the internal pressure when the case is subjected to variations in altitude or temperature. The double-lever clasps ensure reliable closure, while the ergonomic handle allows classic handling when the case is not worn on the back.

The back-carrying system is made up of a plastic structure and polyester fabric straps that distribute the weight comfortably when travelling.
