The protection of equipment depends not only on the rigidity of the case, but also on what happens inside. The SPUMAX430 is based on a simple logic: to create several levels of protection to accompany the equipment at each stage of transport.

The first layer, at the bottom of the case, absorbs direct impacts. It acts as a shock-absorbing base that limits the transmission of shocks to the equipment. Above, the pre-cut intermediate foam allows each item to be positioned in its own dedicated space, avoiding contact between objects.

This intermediate layer is easy to adjust. By removing blocks, it is possible to create precise locations for a variety of equipment: portable recorders, HF systems, effects pedals, electronic modules, recording accessories or small measuring equipment.

The lid completes the package with a honeycomb foam that exerts gentle pressure when the case is closed. This pressure stabilises the contents and prevents internal displacement, even during repeated transport.

This layered design distributes stress rather than concentrating it in one area. The equipment is supported, cushioned and insulated, improving overall protection without complicating use.

The standard polyurethane foam retains a degree of flexibility, making it easy to adjust. It can be modified if necessary, depending on changes in content or new equipment to be integrated.
