In certain configurations, the main need is not only to protect the equipment, but also to distribute it intelligently inside the case. The SPUMAX485 fits in with this logic by allowing the space to be structured into several dedicated zones.

The pre-cut intermediate foam makes it easy to create separate compartments. Rather than grouping all the elements in the same place, it becomes possible to separate categories of equipment. For example, a zone for microphones, another for cabling accessories, one for electronic modules, or a space dedicated to batteries and power supplies.

This way of organising the case makes it much easier to read. As soon as you open the case, each type of equipment can be identified without having to move the rest of the contents. This simplifies preparation before an intervention and reduces unnecessary handling.

The foam on the bottom absorbs impacts, while the honeycomb foam on the lid holds everything in place. Once the case is closed, the different compartments remain stable, so there's no mixing up or internal shifting.

The cutting system is simple to use. The pre-cut blocks can be removed progressively to adapt the size of each area to suit the equipment. This means that the organisation can evolve without constraint, even after several uses.

The standard polyurethane foam offers a good compromise between support and flexibility. It allows the interior to be structured while retaining a degree of flexibility for adjusting configurations.
