Some equipment requires precise support rather than simple storage. The SPUMAX520 provides this precision by making it possible to create housings adapted to each room, with a controlled level of contact between the foam and the equipment.
The pre-cut intermediate foam allows you to design shapes close to those of the equipment. This type of adjustment limits areas of play and reduces the risk of displacement during transport. This is particularly useful for sensitive equipment such as audio processors, HF transmitters, measuring instruments, optics or electronic modules.
The bottom foam absorbs vertical impacts, while the honeycomb foam in the lid provides additional support by exerting light pressure. The whole system works like a cushioning system, holding equipment in place without putting excessive strain on it.
This type of configuration also avoids direct contact between components. Each part is isolated in its own place, limiting friction and the risk of damage when moving.
