The PT-REQ15BEJ Black provides a high-performance visual solution for theatres, auditoriums and high-performance fixed installations: a 1-chip DLP projector with a laser source capable of displaying 15,000 lumens on a 100-240 V mains supply, and offering near 4K resolution (3840 × 2400 via Quad-Pixel Drive) for detailed images even in large format.
Thanks to a typical contrast ratio of 25,000:1, blacks and colours are rendered in greater depth, while the interchangeable optics supplied, combined with the zoom and motorised focus functions, enable the image to be adjusted precisely according to the position of the projector. Floor, ceiling, front or rear installation, 360°: every scenario can be catered for.
As for connections, there are two HDMI inputs, one DisplayPort, and control via IR, LAN/IP and RS-232, making it easy to integrate into centralised control systems. With a lifetime before brightness falls to 50% set at 20,000 hours under normal conditions, and a power consumption of around 985 W in normal mode, this projector requires careful planning of power supply and ventilation, but offers reliability that reduces maintenance costs.
