The safety contact (F) on this female safety connector fits snugly onto the male plug, with no play at the connection point. Its rubber body withstands being kicked and repeated handling in the control room, where the connectors pass through hands and equipment every evening.
The cable socket assembly is fitted to the end of a cable cut to your required length, to create an extension lead for use in a studio or function room. The black colour makes it easy to spot the socket amongst other cables.
