The Pearl Export EXX2016BNC-31 bass drum is designed for drummers who want a solid, efficient sound without the hassle. Its 6-ply poplar body, 7.5 mm thick, produces a full bass and a clean attack, helping to set the tempo.
Thanks to Pearl's SST process and AcoustiGlue, resonance remains well under control while maintaining good projection. The 20 "x16" format is an excellent compromise, adding depth while remaining easy to control, both live and in the studio.
The 45° bevels provide good sensitivity and make tuning easy, even for less experienced drummers. Response is fast under the pedal, making it comfortable to play a variety of styles. The Jet Black finish adds a sober, timeless look, while effectively protecting the barrel.
This bass drum fits naturally into an Export set or custom configuration. It's just as suited to rehearsals as it is to live performances.
