The Pearl Masters Maple Gum MMGC924XSPLC-855 is a top-of-the-range rock kit that combines the precision of the studio with the power of the stage. This model is based on a recipe that has become cult: 6 plies with 4 in North American maple for warmth and 2 in gum for punch and depth. The result? A dense, lively sound with a sharp attack and dynamic response.
The drum kit has a balanced configuration: drilled bass drum 22 "x16", tom 10 "x7", tom 12 "x8", bass tom 16 "x16". It features an R2 Air system for flexible positioning and total playing comfort. This reduces resonance loss, which makes all the difference when you're recording. However, the Gyrolock-L stand is not included. The 60° chamfer adds depth to the attack.
As for the design, the Black Oyster Swirl finish makes this retro vintage set as striking for the eyes as it is for the ears. Each barrel is crafted using Pearl's SST method, including hydraulic pressure bonding and high-temperature drying. The result: clean projection, impeccable tuning and ultra-precise natural timbre.
